The house is around 200 m² built on 500 m² land.
BEDROOMS
There are 3 bedrooms. In the master bedroom there are one King Size spring bed and two floor mattress, working space, wardrobe, and TV. In the second bedroom there are one Single size spring bed and one floor mattress, wardrobe, and TV.
The third bedroom has its bunk bed.
The primary & second bedroom is equipped with Air Conditioner. The third bedroom is equipped with Electric fan.
LIVING ROOM
You'll find flat LCD TV, Comfortable Sofa, and Sofa Bed and Dining Table in the Living Room. The Living Room is equipped with 2 (Two) Air Conditioners and Electric Fans.
You can arrange the dining table for meeting purpose, and using the large LCD TV for your company presentation.
Don't forget to bring your own HDMI/USB/Cables.
It's cheaper & comfortable to conduct a meeting at Sadar House than your own office right? :)
BATHROOM
Hot Water in the main bathroom, Soap and Shampoo are provided.
3 bathrooms with shower in the house.
GARAGE & CARPORT
Up to 4 cars can be parked in the garage and carport.
BACKYARD
Mini basketball court in the backyard.
You can play basketball with your group or having a BBQ outside :)
